Things to Do

Whether this is your first visit to the Cayman Islands or your twentieth, there is so much to do!  Check out our list below for some classic must dos and for some new favourites.

Snorkeling

Explore Cayman's underwater world of beautiful coral reefs, sunken ships and fish, fish and more fish!

Paradise Pontoons will pick you up right on the beach at Cayman Reef and cruise Seven Mile Beach to any number of snorkeling sites including the USS Kittiwake.  Snorkel equipment and floats are included and the kids will love the waterslide!

Deep Sea Fishing

Enjoy an amazing Cayman Islands experience with a Caymanian captain who knows the Island's waters inside and out..

Julius from Reelistik Charters offers deep sea fishing charters for up to 5 people and will pick you up by boat next door at Royal Palms.  Prices start at $450 USD.

Bike Tours

See the beach where more Green Turtles come to breed than anywhere else in the Cayman Islands and discover the natural beauty of Barkers National Park.

Paddle Wheel Adventures offer their West Bay Loop Tour by e-bike which is a great way to explore the natural beauty of the Island.  The variable electric assist bikes mean you can choose whether you want to cruise in comfort or burn some calories.  $100 USD per person

Regennex Cayman

Orthopedic Stem Cell Procedures

Cayman Reef Resort is the closest condo complex you will find to Regenexx Cayman.  We are literally across the street.

So when visiting Cayman for orthopedic stem cell procedures, you won't find anything more convenient than booking your accommodations at Cayman Reef Resort.  Our ground floor, one bedroom condos could be the perfect solution for your visit.

Ask about our 10% discount for all Regenexx patients for stays between May 1 - November 15.

Scuba Diving

Cayman has been known as one of the world's best scuba diving destinations for over 40 years.  Never tried before?  No problem.  Local operators can do a "Resort Course" for you to test the waters so to speak.  Expert?  Operators can customize a day perfect for you.

Seasports Diving offers a personalized service and limits their boats to a maximum of 6 divers.  They provide complimentary transportation from Cayman Reef to and from their boats.

Stingray Sandbar

Swimming with the stingrays is Trip Advisor's #1 thing to do in Cayman for a reason.  No Trip to Cayman is complete without a visit to the sandbar and neighboring snorkeling sites.  Plan to do this early in your visit in case poor weather forces you to re-book later in the week.

We've been recommending Captain Marvin's for years and our guests are always very happy with their experiences.  They will pick you up at Cayman Reef and drop you after your trip..

Eat!  Eat!  Eat!

Cayman is known as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean and you will be in a perfect location at Cayman Reef to enjoy restaurants of all themes at all price points.  I have counted 72 restaurants within one mile of Cayman Reef.

Cayman Good Taste is a local magazine and their website has an excellent interactive map showing Seven Mile Beach and a number (not all) of restaurants and their menus.  It is very helpful in planning your eating adventures in Cayman.
